Our Vision
Barr Community SCIO were formed with the remit to pursue an asset transfer rather than a long-term lease of the hall for the parish of Barr.
In doing so, the SCIO aims to plan, develop and build a community hub which will bring inward investment into the village, resulting in an efficient, sustainable, and attractive building which will benefit the residents of Barr Parish for many generations to come.
